GOODBased on 63 reviewsTaher Merchant29/10/2023Makke di roti and Sarson da saag is an excellent item. Mutter paneer was also very good.Adarsh Kaushal27/10/2023Great place for Indian food in Bakersfield. I have bought from here 3 times by now. I would have given 5 stars but one purchase we made recently, the fries smelled so bad. I know the reason, when you keep using the same oil over and again for days, it is ought to make fries soggy and bitter. Please change the oil more often and I will give 5 stars.Kayla Hughes19/10/2023This place has a variety of authentic Indian dishes and street foods that you won’t see in most restaurants here that cater to American customers. As Americans we have not seen or tried most of the dishes on the menu and the waitresses were kind and happy to help us order. I knew I wanted to try panipuri and they suggested a combination plate, so instead of 8 of one kind we had 4 “gol gappa” (the basic panipuri) and 4 “dahi batata puri” which is filled with yogurt and on the sweeter side. Both were delicious. We also had the “house thali” which is similar to a typical lunch plate at other Indian restaurants but for an awesome price. It came with two gravies (saag and the other is masala based), bread, rice, and gulab juman for just $11.99. I also tried a masala dosa, the outside is like a crepe and the inside had a soft and perfectly spiced potato filling. It came with coconut-based dipping sauces and sambar which is a mild spiced vegetable stew. Side note it is a fully vegetarian restaurant. We did not try the ice creams but they had great flavors on display, I will have to come back to try the rose petal ice cream!Sukhraj Singh18/10/2023Very clean good service food is goodHarpreet Singh Dhaliwal16/10/2023Paneer momos were perfect combo with flooda ice-cream.
